Blog, Care Tips, Health and Wellness

1. Do some type of spiritual reading everyday (encourage yourself)

2. Do unto others as you would do yourself (encourage someone else)

You never know what someone is going through. These are difficult times for everyone. I firmly believe you can reap good things so go ahead and encourage someone else, even if you are going through a difficult time

3. Tap into a nice cup of tea!

Teas are all the rage. Not only do they have different flavors, they can help heal your body. Try a new cup!

4. Make a set time for the phone to be off.

Try to minimize any noise or stimulation after a certain time so your mind can relax.

5. Look up ways of giving yourself a facial (using everyday products)

This is a good discovery – find out if cucumbers are good for your skin. If you have good results, share it with someone (AND ENJOY!)

 6. Light a candle

Candles are for more than an emergency. Learn to enjoy fragrances / essential oils. They not only smell good but they are therapeutic as well. Find a new way to enjoy calmness.

 7. Go for a walk

It does not have to be long. Use it to start visualizing your well deserved vacation that will be coming one day.

8. Laugh!

Go to youtube and look for a funny video. Share a joke with someone. Laugh at your mistakes. Laughter is good like a medicine. Take one dose today!
